Remarks: These display units were new surplus units when I acquired them years ago, since then in storage some have not had it quite so good. There are around 100 total in the entire lot. I planned to use the units for home automation as in-wall controllers. The alpha display uses 2 upd7227 & the icons/words use a upd7225. I have complete manuals on both chips from NEC. When I was fooling around with these displays they were interfaced to a 8 bit port on a RS MIII therefore a PC parallel port will surface. Included in my paperwork are complete display maps, BASIC listings, Hardware interface drawings & notes. If you buy the entire lot, all paperwork will be included, Other wise I must to charge a $25 copying fee for the paperwork package. I will include the hand drawn schematic with each purchase. All together the displays weigh about 50 lbs. or more so expect some shipping charges. These will make a great network of interactive information displays!
